Celebrity Worn Brand Looks To Mods
Music-inspired menswear label Gabicci has unveiled its AW14 collection as bosses say demand for the brand reaches an “all time high”.
The new range features references to the mod subculture through shirts, knitwear, blazers and outerwear in all-over prints, cable knits and contrast panels.
Key pieces include button-down shirt styles, three-button jackets and suede Harringtons. Further details comprise gingham check linings, roll necks and bold stripes as well as the brand’s signature gold G emblem.
Lookbook images follow a similar set up to SS14 with Lambrettas and Vespas used to highlight the label’s Italian roots. The brand is named after the town of Gabicce Mare in the north east of the country.
Gabicci has maintained a celebrity following since 1973, seen worn by the likes of the Specials, Bob Marley and more recently, Labrinth and Maverick Sabre.
