First Menswear Collaboration For Sports Brand’s UK Relaunch

Herschel Supply is the first label to team up with Champion following the announcement the heritage sports brand will resume selling out of the UK after more than a decade away.

The bag label is marking the hooded and zipper front sweatshirt inventor’s return with a range of backpacks and duffels, to be sold exclusively via Urban Outfitters later this month.

The designs feature coloured pebbled leather zipper pulls and diamonds, Herschel’s signature striped lining and plastic zippers.

In addition, Champion’s recognisable fleece has been applied to co-branded front pockets and sportswear mesh to pouches on the inside.

A total of five bags – three backpacks and two duffels – will be made available in red, navy, grey, black and white colour ways.

In the past Herschel Supply has worked alongside brands including New Balance, Liberty of London and Stussy.

The AW14 collection from Champion is still earmarked as coming soon on the brand’s online store, meaning further small scale projects could be released before the full launch.

The Herschel Supply x Champion bags will be available exclusively at select Urban Outfitters stores in London, Manchester, Copenhagen, Amsterdam and Berlin, as well as online from 23rd June. All five models will retail at £80.
