Cosmetics Brand Gets Holiday Season Look
Kiehl’s has collaborated with international artist duo Craig & Karl on a limited edition product label for the holiday season.
Evoking the celebratory nature of the festive period and Kiehl’s quirky, New York City-inspired spirit, the label is a kaleidoscope of vibrant colour. It will adorn some of the brand’s most beloved customer favourites – including Creme de Corps, Creme de Corps Whipped, Ultra Facial Cream and Calendula Toner.
Speaking on the team up, Kiehl’s global creative senior vice president, Maria Gustafson, said: “We were so excited to have Craig & Karl as our holiday partners this year. Their colourful illustrations are incredibly unique and we knew their creativity would blend perfectly with Kiehl’s.”
“In addition to our packaging, we are translating their design into our windows, in store merchandising, gift box sets and other collateral items, so that when a customer enters our experience Craig & Karl’s vision for holiday in a uniquely Kiehl’s way,” she added.
Based in different parts of the world, Craig in New York City and Karl in London, the internationally renowned graphic artists specialise in illustration and installation projects. They collaborate on a daily basis to create work that is bold, yet filled with simple messages that are often humorous.
