British Models Front The Home-Grown Brand For SS15
Aquascutum’s latest campaign has been released, starring leading models Eliza Cummings, Roger Frampton and Patrick O’Donnell.
For spring/summer 2015, the three British models are captured by lens hero Alasdair McLellan in “intimate and classic” shots, wearing pieces from the heritage label’s new warm-weather collection.
Soft blues, white and browns showcase the “slightly more casual side of the brand’s collection”, according to Aquascutum, with its signature trench coats not missing out on any camera time.
Channelling a distinct seventies vibe, the blue-eyed trio sport wide-collared jackets and patterned polo shirts, matched with lightly textured formal trousers.
Although Frampton and O’Donnell are new to Aquascutum’s line-up, Cummings stared in its previous campaign for autumn/winter 2014 alongside Homeland actor Damien Lewis. This marked the turn of a new leaf for the label, which entered administration in early 2012.
Following a brand relaunch, the 1851-founded label announced plans to open its first ever menswear-only store last year, which now resides on London’s Jermyn Street.
Aquascutum’s spring/summer 2015 collection is set to launch in the coming months at aquascutum.com.
