Bape x UNDFTD x Adidas Originals Superstar 80s
Japanese labels A Bathing Ape (AKA Bape) and Undefeated have joined forces with global sports brand adidas once again, turning out a second line of collaborative trainers.
Taking a more subtle form than last April’s all-over camouflage style, it is adidas’ Superstar 80s model that sees itself re-imagined with a streetwear edge this time around, incorporating some of the brands’ signature prints and detailing into the original design.
The understated styles feature two camouflage prints – a black and grey option, along with a tonal blue version – which have been applied to the heel tab, internal sole, tongue and three inner stripes, while the leather upper comes in classic black or white colourways.
Each shoe is then finished with a gold embossed Bape motif on one heel and Undefeated’s five strike logo on the other, with a co-branded Undefeated and Bape logo stamped to the side.
The Bape x UNDFTD x adidas Originals collection is available to buy now at Dover Street Market, END Clothing, Foot Patrol and Hanon, priced at £95 a pair.
