An Exclusive Look At Pretty Green’s SS15 campaign
Liam Gallagher’s fashion line Pretty Green continues to look to the sixties for inspiration, revisiting the infamous mods and rockers bank holiday clash for its latest Green Label campaign, revealed exclusively by FashionBeans.
For spring/summer 2015, pieces embraced by the mod subculture – from the longline parka to the button-down shirt – are captured against the backdrop of Margate’s seafront, where the original event took place.
Gallagher’s own brand of nineties Brit Pop also makes an appearance, with the label’s signature lightweight Monkey Jacket and patterned polo shirts complementing the rock ‘n’ roll aesthetic.
The campaign also welcomes new artistic additions, including a custom leopard camouflage print, paisley motif and bold graphic t-shirts designed by the brand’s resident artist.
Meanwhile, Pretty Green has announced plans to take its own brand of British cool overseas, signing an agreement to open showrooms in the US – the first in New York and a second in Los Angeles.
