#RichKidsOfInstagram grab your daddy’s credit card, adidas Originals has just debuted all-new gold-gilded versions of its Stan Smith and Rod Laver trainers. The luxe 24-karat update of the two iconic models comes courtesy of a partnership between good ole three-stripes and Eytzinger, Germany’s oldest and most-renowned gold leaf manufacturers. Officially titled the 999 Noble Metals Pack, the trainers feature all white uppers with metallic gold finishes on the tongue and heel-tab, as well as gold branding on the inner sole. The drop is the first in a series of precious-metal releases from adidas, but the brand is yet to reveal what will be next. We can only hope it’s rhodium. The adidas Originals 999 Noble Metals Pack launches Friday 15 July at Hanon, priced £109.
