David Beckham dominates whatever industry he decides to get in to. So it stands to reason that we’re already clearing out our bathroom cabinets because Golden Balls has announced he is teaming up with L’Oréal brand Biotherm Homme to develop a line of grooming products. Falling under the same partnership with Simon Fuller that will see the football star-turned-fashion icon launch his own clothing label, the new venture will also see Beckham become Biotherm Homme’s first global ambassador, fronting the brand’s Aquapower moisturiser from June. “I’ve been thinking about developing a skincare range for a long time,” Beckham said. “It wasn’t until I started speaking with Biotherm that it all came together. They are as ambitious as I am, and we look forward to showing everyone the fruits of our labour very soon.” Beckham’s own range won’t launch until 2017 (so maybe hold off on the clear-out) and details of what it will be called and what it will include are being kept tight-lipped. But the 41-year-old, who has already produced a wide range of best-selling fragrances, is expected to head to Paris to meet with researchers at the laboratories soon. Good luck bottling whatever has made Becks age like he has, L’Oréal. (Related: Read our exclusive David Beckham interview)
