Tradition and innovation collide for a partnership between two international fashion giants. Liberty of London and Uniqlo are teaming up for a unique line that marries the two brands’ distinct sensibilities; Liberty’s hundred-year history, and Uniqlo’s commitment to simplicity, make for a collection that’s as timeless as it is current.

The range infuses some of Uniqlo’s most popular silhouettes with signature heritage floral prints from the Liberty archives. It’s a globe-trotting move; despite its deep British roots, Liberty has always had a reverence for Japanese art, collecting ornaments, fabrics and artworks from across the country. Which makes it the perfect partner for the country’s biggest fashion export.

This impressive collab is being released in conjunction with the reopening of Uniqlo’s flagship store at 311 Oxford Street in London. You can nab the new line there on opening day.

Launching in the UK in UNIQLO stores on March 18, 2016.
