Believe it or not, the Dutch have come a long way since the days of clogs and windmills.
Just look at Amsterdam-based sneaker brand Filling Pieces. Following on from an initial drop in December, the firm has released a second round of streetwear-ready kicks for the spring/summer 2017 season.
The follow-up features a new range of styles in premium materials such as nubuck, leather and suede, with details such as tonal camouflage print and denim uppers applied to its best-selling models.
And while the campaign video is quite the pretty sight (think Planet Earth meets 7am still-charged nightclub), it’s the footwear that steals the spotlight.
The Filling Pieces SS17 collection is available now at Filling Pieces, priced from around £162.
