Nike, Chanel, Zara, Rolex. You know the names, but which ones are people actually searching for? To find the most popular fashion brands by search interest, we measured 202 names worldwide over a year and ranked the top 100. The scores compare attention on a scale where Nike is 100, not sales or style.

The bars use the same scale as the figures. Close positions and the No. 100 cutoff are approximate. Filters keep each brand’s original rank.
A simple question deserves a straight answer: which names drew the most Google attention? Here’s what went into the order above, and what it can’t tell you.
We screened 251 fashion names and measured 202 on a comparable scale. This is a researched selection, not every brand on the planet. The other 49 are unranked, including Seiko and Casio, because we could not establish a suitable comparison for this edition. That does not mean they were less popular.
We averaged 52 complete weeks, September 21, 2025 to September 19, 2026, with Worldwide, Web Search and All categories held constant. We used Google Trends topics, not typed search terms. For example, Patagonia is the “Clothing company” topic, not a search for the word that could include the South American region. Dr. Martens is labeled “Company.” We checked each selected topic identity and linked comparison groups through shared reference brands.
Nike led the measured field, so it sets the index at 100. Adidas at about 75 means roughly three-quarters of Nike’s average relative interest, not exactly 75% as many searches. Trends samples and normalizes data; topics can include news, beauty and searches in different languages. Small gaps are not decisive. This measures attention, not sales, brand value or style.
FashionBeans compiled and checked the Google Trends exports. Collected September 22, 2026. How Google Trends measures interest.
A few lines changed sharply or spiked during the year. These observations matter when reading the annual average; we have not guessed at their cause.
