AW14 Explorer Series Comes To UK
French footwear brand Palladium has teamed up with BBC Radio 1 DJ MistaJam for the UK edition of its AW14 Palladium Boots Explorer Series. The Nottingham-based music talent is the latest to be asked to take part in the ten-part video project, which enlists individuals from within the creative industries to showcase key areas in international locations. MistaJam, whose real name is Pete Dalton, focuses on his home town of Nottingham – picking out personal hotspots such as nightclubs. Others participants in the AW14 string of videos include singer, model and entertainer Bimba Bosé in Madrid and hip-hop and theatre artist Akwasi in Amsterdam. In the previous round, Palladium worked alongside underground jazz club director, Philip Powel in Rotterdam, as well as Street Etiquette in New York and Hypebeast in Hong Kong. In latest video, MistaJam can be seen wearing the Palladium x Alpha Industries Baggy Zip MA-1 boot (£68) and contrast panel MA-1 bomber jacket, unveiled by FashionBeans back in August. He also wears the waterproof Pampa Sport Cuff (£89). All pieces worn by MistaJam are available to buy online and in UK stockists now.
