SUPRA x G-Shock Announce Collaboration
Combing a mutual philosophy of creating “groundbreaking, fashion-forward products that can survive the rigors of an active lifestyle” the sleek ‘It’s About Time’ collaboration between G-shock and SUPRA offers understated urban style. A cool matte black palette is complemented with flashes of vibrant red that pays homage to both labels’ signature styles.
As part of G-Shock’s 30th anniversary celebrations, the globally iconic watch brand has collaborated with some of the world’s hottest labels, asking them to create their own unique G-Shock designs.
SUPRA took on the challenge and chose it’s iconic Vaider hi-tops from the Red Carpet series as the inspiration for the collaboration. The black hi-tops feature a red sole plate and sock liner, a nod to the red carpet, evoke the spirit of celebrations and are one of SUPRA’s most popular styles.

Designed to be able to transcend from day to night, the hi-tops also feature two SUPRA signature technologies: the black satin TUF upper, which employs SUPRATUF abrasion resistance technology, and lightweight SUPRAFOAM sole that provides comfort and impact protection.
Also on offer as part of the collaboration is a never before offered customisation of G-Shock’s coveted GA-200SPR-1AER model. Complementing the Vaider hi-tops’ colour scheme, SUPRA designed the shock-resistant watch’s face with a matching matte black finish. The underneath of the bezel features embossed logo detailing, including the collaboration’s ‘It’s About Time’ watch logo, set to 8.30PM. The traditional resin band has been replaced with military-grade Cordura, accented with a red underside to match the Vaider’s sole.
