Duggers of London SS14
Duggers of London has released a series of images showcasing its SS14 collection. The new visuals incorporate the brand’s own made in England socks alongside a number of footwear styles. As a young label started in 2013, backed by father and son team Paul and Mark Dugdale, Duggers of London has quickly built a reputation for design and craftsmanship. The SS14 range demonstrates the brand’s continued efforts to offer affordable luxury to its customers. Each style from the firm combines classic English design principles with a modern edge. After being given the approval of experienced footwear merchant Paul, the designs are sent to be handmade in Portugal. The whole controlled process spans up to eight weeks, during which 130 skilled craftsmen work to combine up to 75 individual parts in 200 different operations. Speaking about the SS14 collection, Mark told FashionBeans: “The Duggers of London collection epitomises classic British style.” He went on to highlight his favourite shoe for the summer as the Paul, an aniline leathered brogue. The newly released imagery features the Paul, alongside high shine black moccasins and other sophisticated brogues. Each offering has been styled in casual outfits using pieces such as tapered roll-ankle chinos and casual Bermuda shorts. The collection is available now, in sizes seven to twelve, via Duggers of London’s online store. Prices range between £149 and £230.
