Leading Style Guide For Men Is Hiring Journalists
Leading online style guide, FashionBeans.com, is recruiting experienced news reporters to work within the editorial team on a freelance basis.
Every day, alongside feature articles, the site showcases breaking updates within the style and grooming industry including collections, collaborations, retail business, events and more.
Moving forward this will also begin to include a greater number of fitness, tech, and other stories related to men’s lifestyles.
The team is required to write news about topics often only ‘blogged’ about, making those stories as relevant to those working within the industry as to those with an interest in following brands.
This means producing short 200-400 word articles with a journalism-based tone, in clear, comprehensible and straightforward English.
One of the most respected names within the menswear industry, the site currently attracts more than 1.5 million visitors per month.
Current contributors include former editors of some of Britain’s biggest magazines, published authors of men’s fashion books and writers for the likes of Drapers, ShortList and Men’s Health.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record in a news journalism position on a magazine, newspaper or website.
To apply, get in touch with the site’s editor, Luke Todd, via [email protected].
Due to the high volume of e-mails, only successful applicants will be replied to, explaining the position fully and the next steps, which will include submitting a sample news piece.
