Todd Snyder x Champion Spring/Summer 2015
Recently relaunched sportswear brand Champion has teamed up with New York-based luxury label Todd Snyder once again, this time on a line of simple sporting separates. While its previous collaboration looked to vintage photos of the New York Athletic Club for inspiration, its latest team-up has a slicker, more contemporary feel, updating classic Champion pieces in new fabrics, prints and colourways. Leading the ‘City Sport’ pack is the duo’s signature line of sweatshirts, produced in staple shades of white, grey, black and navy, with a few more conspicuous features thrown in for good measure; our favourite design comes with wet look sleeves. Other key pieces include short-sleeved sweatshirts – available in khaki, navy and a bold camouflage print – as well as bomber jackets complete with varsity detailing, nodding to Champion’s American sporting heritage.
