Daniel Craig will be for returning as James Bond in the next installment, according to new reports.
There’s been much speculation about the actor’s return to screen as Bond, especially since Craig has previously said he would rather “slash his wrists” than don his spy suit again. And if he did return to the role, he said it would only be for the money.
Bond producer Barbara Broccoli must be good at sweet-talking (or possibly just got the cheque book out), because she is rumoured to have secured the 48-year-old for the next Bond, according to the Mirror.
Bond 25, Broccoli has reportedly said, can start filming next year. It will be the 25th Bond movie in the ‘official’ series, and the fifth Craig has starred in.
Everyone from Idris Elba to Tom Hiddleston, Tom Hardy to Poldark star Aidan Turner, have been linked to role since Spectre came out in 2015.
