The latest collaboration between these two big British brands sees a celebration of ‘Objects of desire: What everyman wants right now’. The ‘Luxury Accessories’ supplement oozes the style and sophistication that both Selfridges and GQ are synonymous with. This glossy freebie opens with a foreword by GQ Associate Editor Robert Johnston, which discusses the importance and power of the right accessories: “Accessories maketh the man. The guide features glossy editorial shots of the most coveted styles about right now by the world’s best designers.” Heavy focus lies on shoes as Selfridges are currently running and celebrating a Shoe Carnival initiative, which coincided with the opening of the world’s largest men’s shoe department, now in store.
