Made In England Label Releases SS14 Range
The new range consists of everyday wardrobe staples including t-shirts, shirts, trousers and jackets, which fuse classic British style with hints of Americana.
Gove, who also operates as a designer at the firm, told FashionBeans: “We’re constantly being inspired by texture whatever it may be, this summer’s shirting inspiration was the inside of envelopes and old postcards.”
“Using subtle monotone moiré textures and nostalgic 1950?s postcards led us to Hawaiian prints and detailed jacquards, there’s also a few plain brushed cotton Oxfords for when you’re trying to put a serious face on,” he added.
Among the pieces available is a casual navy varsity jacket with embroidered logo. A light summer jacket is also on offer, produced in tan with front panel detailing.
Pattern has been applied to several pieces, coming in the form of subtle or all-over prints. One stand-out short-sleeved shirt carries a horizontal zig-zag design running across it in navy and yellow tones.

With this in mind, most of the garments are manufactured within the UK, in London. Wherever pieces are made abroad, production is kept within the EU.
