This is not Jack Daniels you’re dealing with. Chivas Regal’s Master Blender created the ultra-prestige Scotch whisky with a blend of the most sought after whiskies from more than 20 distilleries across Scotland, including rare drams from long-gone makers. With rich notes of honey, vanilla and dark chocolate, balanced by subtle hazelnut influences from the cask, it delivers a long and luxurious finish. Or in layman’s terms, one belt won’t be enough.
And it’s not just the taste that makes The Icon, well, an icon. Each bottle is presented in a crystal decanter hand-blown by expert craftsmen, delicately etched and finished with precision crafted metalwork. It’s presented in green glassware like the original, turn of the century green Chivas Regal bottle. Adorned with a signature luckenbooth stopper, a traditional Celtic symbol of love, it’s definitely not blending in with the rest of the drinks cabinet.
Only a limited number of bottles of this luxurious Scotch whisky will be produced each year, so if even the top shelf isn’t high enough for your tastes, make sure to get your hands on a bottle soon.
