Kazuki Kurashi has teamed up with Adidas again to collaborate with the worlds leading snowboard brand – B.Snowboards – to release a highly limited B.Snowboards capsule collection.
The winter 2011 collection draws inspiration from classic 90s snowboarding designs, and includes a range of clothing and footwear.
The whole collection is superb, but here at FashionBeans we are going to focus on introducing you to the footwear series, which includes 3 main styles:
The Vulc Low KZK (my particular favourite) is based upon a silhouette that first appeared in the Originals x Originals Kazuki collection. However, it has been reworked appropriately for the winter season with the inclusion a visible shearling lining, which – as we all know by now – is a key trend this autumn/winter. With a leather upper and shearling lining, these trainers will keep you protected from the elements whilst keeping you effortlessly ‘cool’ and warm at the same time! Practicality meets style.
Other key details for this model include dual branded detailing on the tongue, a striped signature heel pull and concealed lacing. The trainer is available in three colour ways of green, brown and grey.
The Vulc Mid KZK is a mid-top vulcanised shoe, which is constructed of premium suede and features a woven design toe box, zip detailing on the heel, metal eyelets and again features a fleece lining – this time in a harmonising colour.
Finally, The Winterball Hi KZK is a tough durable winter boot made up of premium leather. Its key features include a duck boot shaped toe box, metal eyelets, heavyweight D-Ring lace loops, dual branding on the tongue and a rubber toe and sole. This model is available in both sand and green.
