Burberry Prorsum Fall 2011 October Campaign

Burberry Prorsum have recently released their fall 2011 campaign images; photographed by Mario Testino and heavily focusing on evening wear. The shoot kept to a monochromatic theme throughout, featuring all clothing in a stunning black and white colour palette.

The use of such a classic palette helps to keep the collection and campaign sleek and sophisticated – synonymous with the Burberry Prorsum brand – whilst showcasing its smart evening wear to its full potential. The campaign is yet another endorsement for the minimalistic approach to dressing we have been seeing at all the major fashion houses this season, with the collection being perfect for recreating the modern gentleman trend – a key look for the foreseeable future within menswear.

One item that stood out immediately to us here at FashionBeans was the bright white padded overcoat/trend with fur hood. Faux Fur has been all over the runway this AW11, with the extravagant detailing featuring on jackets, coats and even accessories.
