Ozwald Boateng is known as one of the best menswear designers/tailors in the business, and manages to combine fashion, design, art and architecture into his latest autumn/winter collection.

His latest evening wear lookbook is what we want to introduce you to today. It oozes understated sophistication and consists of elegant high quality outwear, accessories and of course… well tailored suits and blazers.

The lookbook emphasis is on fit and construction; utilising materials such as silk, velvet and wool to name a few. Ozwald Boateng sticks to classic silhouettes and focuses on giving them a modern twist by incorporating different textures and layers to make his garments subtly stand out.

One of our favourite looks shown below comes in the form of the camel toned smart overcoat with well cut trousers and dark roll neck jumper. Overall this produces a classic and clean aesthetic that fully showcases the quality of cut, as well as the choice of high quality materials. By styling with refined accessories such as black leather gloves and a dark hat, it really finishes off the outfit and reinforces an effortless gentlemanly look.
