Visvim Serra Boots Fall 2011
Japanese brand Visvim has released an updated version of their existing Serra Boot collection. The ever popular Serra silhouette is a modern interpretation of the classic hiking boot – a key footwear trend this year, and one of FashionBeans’ recommendations for the current autumn/winter seasons.
For this new collection they have taken the best features from the old Serra Boot and modified it in order to create a far superior version.
This innovative series has transformed the boot, giving it an overall distressed appearance with stand out denim detail on the side panels. Visvim have used a waxed cowhide leather to get the distressed look, a pigment free cowhide lining with a natural cork footbed insert and a TPU heel stabilizer.
Other key details include: a vibram outsole – providing a durable and hard wearing base to the boot – leather welt construction, hiking boot eyelets and tonal laces.
The boots are available in four colour ways: navy, light brown, burgundy and black.
