DC Special Edition Collection: London Pack

Another day, another Olympic Games inspired release; this time coming from American brand DC Shoes. We were surprised when we heard of this particular limited edition pack, as DC Shoes specialise in footwear for extreme sports such as skateboarding and snowboarding – perhaps making them more appropriate for the winter games.

Never the less, this small factor hasn’t dampened the brand’s support of the Olympics, with the release of their Special Edition London Pack.

Utilising one of the brands most popular silhouettes, the pack includes the Tonik Shoe as well as a series of apparel that features gold ‘bling’ foil.

The Tonik trainer is the product’s main selling point; the series of t-shirts we could take or leave, as they seem to have been thrown in as an afterthought. As with many Olympic releases this season, the brand have chosen to utilise an Olympic rings inspired colour palette.

Keeping the design simple, the main body of the Tonik trainer is clean and uncomplicated. A bright white body is contrasted with splashes of vibrant colour, coming in the form of the thick rubber sole and branding to the tongue.

With 5 different colour options to chose from, whether you like to make a bold statement through your footwear or keep your look classic, this collection has got you covered.

Available in limited numbers, the collection is set to hit DC Stores nationwide from July.
