Dr. Martens; a British footwear brand that are world renowned for their popular 8 eye boots, which are both functional and fashionable. For spring/summer 2012, the brand have released a modernised version of this iconic style, in the form of the Croc Pascal 8 eye boot.

Evolving the classic 8 eye silhouette, the Croc Pascal gives off a real sense of luxury and richness – brought about through choice of colour and texture.

The texture comes in the form of the faux crocodile print leather construction. This material has been incorporated onto the upper body of the style, producing a boot that looks refined and much more expensive than it really is.

The boots are available in three colour ways of grey, black and cherry red; all of which come with both harmonising coloured laces and stitch detailing.

One factor we particularly appreciate is how Dr. Martens have stayed true to their roots and given the boots a contemporary makeover without losing many of the original features and detailing that made the original 8 eye so popular. These features include the thick chunky Goodyear welted soles and Airwair heel tab.
