High-end, popular department store Liberty London have branched out – opening their first ever pop-up store at the Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford.
The pop-up space is set to be a temporary residence, aiming to take advantage of the extra traffic brought in by the Olympics. A tactical move, seeing as though it is reported that the Olympic Games is set to pull in about 5.5 million extra visitors throughout July and August.
The 17,000 sq ft space bears more than a resemblance to the aesthetic of Liberty’s flagship London store. Playing on its Tudor-esque appearance, it features wooden fixtures, surface textures and the Regent Street soft colour palette. To enhance the stores visual appeal even further, the brand have kitted out the space with vintage display units and whimsical pieces – such as two Queen’s guards either side of the entrance.
The pop up store will stock items from their most recent collaborations with brands such as Nike, Dr.Martens and Barbour. There will also be a wide range of products covered in their iconic floral print, including fashion, stationary and even home wear.
