Menswear Giant To Continue Relationship With Growing Firm
Hype is joining the likes of Fred Perry, Markus Lupfer and Stella McCartney by teaming up with Topman. The young menswear label is due to launch its Festival Pack, produced in association with the high street store, this week. The 13-piece line will include six exclusive T-shirts, along with a further two long sleeved versions, two sweatshirts, a vest, a pair of shorts, and a bum bag. Hype’s logo appears on every item, which stretches across bold and bright prints, as well as more classic looks. Patterns centre on a theme of plants, sports-inspired designs, florals, and clouds. Topman will welcome the collection at the Oxford Circus store on May 30th, before being made available online and at twenty-four other stores shortly after. Retail locations will include Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Norwich, Cardiff, Dublin, and other major cities. The clothing range is to debut just three days after the relaunch of the flagship, which now includes a unisex salon and ‘Experience Area’ for one-off events. Despite being founded less than four years ago, Hype has already worked with another big player in menswear, creating a range for ASOS earlier in 2014. Prices for the Festival Pack are yet to be released, but are expected to fall within the brand’s current offering, between ÂŁ16 — ÂŁ60.
