55DSL ‘Italians Friends & Family’

55DSL release a t-shirt series named ‘Italians Friends & Family’. The limited collection is made up of 6 photographic print t-shirts, all aiming to represent original Italian street culture of today.

Each image has been taken by one of the next generation of Italian street culture ambassadors, all of which are either a family member or friends of brand 55DSL – which inevitably is where the inspiration for the collection’s name was drawn from.

The artists involved in the collection are:

  • Sir Bob Cornelius Rifo
  • Alessia Rosso
  • Alex Fakso
  • Sean Michael Beolchini – who has designed two of the prints in the collection.
  • Lele Saveri

We particularly like photo print t-shirts here at FashionBeans as they offer the wearer something different in comparison to your standard high street graphic prints. Photo prints have a bit more ‘maturity’ about them, which lends itself well to pairing with other smarter pieces such as blazers, slim trousers, trenches and over coats. In fact, these brilliant new tees would be the perfect accompaniment to your suit when you want to dress it down in an instant.

Our favourite has to be a toss up between the guy smoking or the women in heels. Both would lend themselves particularly well to those guys who like a rocker or indie look – so toughen them up with great raw denim, leather jackets and masculine jewellery. Simple effortless fashion with an edge.

Available now from 55DSL.
